About our Products
All our products are handpainted, and every effort is made to ensure the highest quality. Custom orders are welcome. Please contact us for a quote.

Ordering Products
Online Orders (using PayPal)
A secure shopping cart system allows you to select the items you want. Click on "Add to Cart" when you want to order a product. Click on "View Cart" at any time to view the contents of your shopping cart. You can change the quantity or remove an item. Make sure you click "Update Cart" once you have made your changes. To continue shopping, click "Continue Shopping". When you are done shopping, select "Checkout", and you will be taken to the PayPal payment screen. If you do not have an account with PayPal, you will need to set up one: it's quick, easy and FREE! You will be guided through the set-up process.

Mail Orders via Check or Money Orders

Returns/Refunds
Every item must be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise to receive a refund. Items must be in the same condition in which they were received. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. They are the responsibility of the customer. The method of the refund will depend on the method of payment used to purchase the merchandise. Please note: custom or personalized orders are not returnable/refundable. Therefore, please make sure that you carefully review your order when placing it. If there was an error on our part, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to the customer.

Delivery
Delivery time for most orders is 3-4 weeks as all items are handpainted and each item is given the individual attention it deserves. Please allow more time for large orders and custom orders. We use UPS Ground or United States Postal Service. Please make sure you provide us with a physical address not a P.O. Box to ensure a timely delivery. Deliveries are made only Monday through Friday.

Delivery charges
Delivery charges are based on the total amount of the merchandise shipped to each address. Some heavy or bulky items may incur additional charges. The charges below are only for addresses in the Continental U.S. Final delivery charges to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and International orders will be determined at the time of shipping.

Sales Tax
Orders shipped to Maryland are charged the applicable sales tax of 5%.
